I read on this website that Popover Cafe was one of the best baby friendly restaurants on the Upper West Side. Being a 1st time mom of a 4 month old, I've been trying to get back into the groove of going out with friends and bringing my baby along. I purposely researched baby friendly restaurants so we could manuever the stroller and also make sure there'd be a changing table in the bathroom. Not sure why this website says it's great for babies (strollers, highchairs, and changing table) because Popover Cafe is not baby friendly at all. It's super crowded - small space. We were not allowed to bring in our stroller and the workers just left it out in front unattended so if it was a pricey stroller and could have been stollen. I didn't bother to see if there was a changing table because it was too hard to get to the bathroom. I would suggest removing Popover Cafe from the list of baby friendly restaurants. It's a decent place to eat though. Just not baby friendly like this website says.
