Little Babe and the Big City Guide

Gaynell Belfon (Gail) has worked for our family for the past three years. During that time she has cared for our son Ryder (age 3) like he was her own. She is incredibly kind, loving, and gentle. We truly believe that much of Ryder’s kind and loving disposition comes from all the time he spent under Gail’s care.
Gail’s responsibilities included but were not limited to taking Ryder to and from school and other activities, making his meals, doing his laundry, and keeping his room tidy, and making play-dates - something she excels at. She always had plans to go to the park, playroom, museum, or other children’s homes and always kept him busy. Beyond her duties with Ryder, we never had to ask her to do anything to help out around the house- Gail always kept our home immaculate. In the three years she worked for us, she never missed even one day of work. And, if we needed her to stay late or come early, she was always available.
Gail always made sure that Ryder was well fed, preparing snacks and meals. She made sure he had a bath every night (and always made bath time fun!)
When it was time to play in his room, Gail gets right down on the floor and plays with him. When he wants to be chased around the house, she will chase him around. She is up for whatever kind of fun he wants to have!
We have always been very specific in how we wanted things done- sleep training, bed-time routine, etc and she has always followed our instructions exactly! She is attentive to details and patient with Ryder in all things.
Any family with a young son or daughter would be lucky to have Gail as a nanny.
