I would love to share some information about my second "labor" of love. I left a career working at an investment bank to work with expecting couples and it is my passion. I am a mom living on the UWS with my family. City Births was created to help expecting and new couples/moms find their own path for labor, birth and child raising.
At City Births, we believe in providing the best possible support and birth experience for couples, from the start of pregnancy through delivery. We encourage parents to be well prepared for labor and birth, as well as life with a newborn. We offer classes in Childbirth Preparation, Newborn Care and Breastfeeding, and Infant CPR and Safety. Our objective is to enable parents to be fully informed of their choices in labor and birth as well as the care of their newborn. In order to provide the most up to date information, City Births provides its instructors with access to lectures on the latest advancements in obstetrics as well as discussion groups with both midwives and obstetricians. Our goal is to provide new parents with the necessary tools to be happy, healthy and confident.
