We are hiring a nanny for our 3 month old son and she lives in Brooklyn. Are we supposed to pay her train fare, or buy her a metrocard for the month, or is that part of her weekly salary?

It's not necessary, I'm a nanny and my family does buy me a metrocard. They also pay cabs when I'm with kids.
