The Baby Food Diet

So many recent moms are still struggling to get rid of those excess pounds brought on by carrying their bundle of joy. They say it takes the average mom 1 year to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. There are thousands of different diets available to experiment with, but why not take a look at one where the ingredients and food are right under your, um baby's nose.
Celebrities have already spearheaded the trend, with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon leading the path. It's a bit unconventional but baby jars are packed full of healthy fruits and veggies with no added salts or chemicals if you go the organic route. A typical Baby Food diet might consist of baby food for breakfast, lunch and one adult food dinner. Snacks might include "melt in your mouth" organic apple puffs.
